COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This complex reserve ale is the embodiment of triumph, and a fearless approach to blended beer. Our ale is combined with an intricate mixture of sweet malts, fruits, spices and herbs before it's aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for two years. The result of this gradual and elaborate process is Glory & Gold, a magnificently decadent beer that tastes just like victory should. Drink it today, or seller it to enjoy later as it matures.

Helsdon (689) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 11, 2021
UPDATED: NOV 11, 2021 Bottle from the local LCBO. Pours a slightly murky coke-brown, with a bare ring. Nose of booze, vanilla, dried fruit. Nice. Taste has sweetness, and a bit of an acidic burn, with citrus, vanilla, a little of that cinnamon (but thankfully not much), booze. There is alot going on here. There is a surprising amount of juicy fruits going on underneath. It's a real mash up, but it works, and works well. I wonder how this would cellar? The acidity would drop? Hmmmm. Might have to try.

Franckg (3796) - Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, CANADA - NOV 23, 2020

Eructoblaster (6993) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 1, 2020
UPDATED: OCT 1, 2020 Bottle - 500ml. Hazy, dark brown body with a thin, lasting, beige frothy head. Good malty/hoppy aroma with Bourbon, oaky, and yeasty hints. Its robust malty/hoppy taste carries Bourbon, oaky, fruity, and some spicy notes. Ends with a long, warming, bittersweet finish. Good stuff.

mcberko (34280) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 4, 2020
UPDATED: AUG 4, 2020 500mL bottled, pours a dirty dark brown with a small beige head. Nose is funky... yep, that’s infected. There’s lots of brett that seems to have found its way here. Ugh. Flavour is tart and funky, with lots of brett funk, some sourness and wood. Totally fucked up. Sad.

cards04 (3162) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - JUL 14, 2020
UPDATED: JUL 14, 2020 Interesting beer. Aromas of funk and herbs and molasses. Tastes like it smells. Funky, a bit sour. Beautifully aged as there is zero alcohol presence for this big beer.
