UPDATED: SEP 1, 2020 From tap at Gollem Amstelstraat, Amsterdam. Yeasty aroma with floral notes, fruits, some bubblegum, bit candied fruit, estery and spicy notes, blossom, Saison yeast, coriander. Moderate sweet, light bitter. Medium body. Not as dry as I like my Saison, but I'm gonna make an exception in this case. Pretty tasty.

UPDATED: MAR 29, 2019 Bottle. Pours light hazy pale yellow with medium white head. Aroma is grain, malt, yeast. Taste is medium sweet, faint bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and fruity with malt, chalk, lemon and hints of vinegar

UPDATED: JAN 26, 2019 50 cl bottle poured in to a Tulip. Hazy, orange colour with a creamy white head. Sweet, spiced nose with apricot, yeasts, apples, oranges and grasses. Taste is light bitter. Medium bodied. Drying fruity finish. Nice Saison.

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2019 0,5l bottle. Pours cloudy golden with white head. Aroma of fruits, belgian yeast, floral, grassy, spices, apples in a cider kind of way. Taste is dry, fruity, spice, yeasty flavours/aromas like hay/barnyard. medium mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Great.

From bottle at Hotel Amanda, Haugesund, 01.11.18. Cloudy straw colour. Foamy and persistent white head and lacing. Aroma of yellow apples, pale malt and grass. Taste of pale malt, cereals, meadows and yellow apples. Decent bitterness and good drinkability.

Saturday, June 30, 2018. Bottle, 33cL. 6.5%. @Le_Trappist_Bar, Caen (14), FR. Little smile. My brother-in-law broke this beer several years ago before New Year's Eve. I couldn't find it ... until that day. A yellow brownish opaque beer with a small white head ; average retention. Light rum pancake smell, light herb, light pepper. Medium sweet, light to medium bitter, light acid note. Medium body, thin texture, average gaseous, sweet "cara-geuzy" finish. Overall, correct ; disappointing ; I expected more of this beer, I will try it again.
