COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For some people, hops belong on the basketball court and IBUs should run like shoe sizes. This beer is not for those people. This one’s for the hop hungry. This is our monster, hoppy and heady. Formerly known as Mecha Hopzilla, this is an American Imperial IPA with a unique combination of four different hops and a half-pound-per-barrel, dry-hop process resulting in a powerful flavor that’s not for the faint of heart.

Froma 473ml can at RBAG Winter 2018. Deep golden, some haze, small white head. Nose - caramel and citrus hops. Taste - grains, toffee sweetness, toasty, citrus, soap and leafy hop. Bitter finish. An "old skool" IPA compared to what's been coming out lately. This is solid.

Pours clear copper with a medium, frothy off-white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is citrus, spicy, pine, and resin hops with biscuit and meal malt, pear and apple esters. Flavor is heavy hops and bitterness, light fruity esters, supporting sweet malt and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

A purty beer, a hazed copper, frothy and lasting ivory colored head. Nose is toasted grain, graham cracker, sweet citrus and traces of cotton candy. Not as complex of a taste as expected after the aroma. Pine, caramel, citrus, tingling bitterness. Not bad...kind of has that general DIPA taste though.

Draught at NOLA Brewing. Almost clear golden liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of citrus, grain, tangerine, mango, caramel and pine. Taste is dry and medium bitter with notes of citrus, grain, tangerine and light mango. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.

Large orange/yellow pour. Aroma is large resiny hops and underlying malt. Sweet malt and resiny hops lead into solid bitter finish very good
