UPDATED: MAY 26, 2019 Bottled 0,33L. Hazy oraneg color, medium bubbly aspect with light white/beige head of short resistance. Smoked and ashed aroma, notes of cortex, roast caramel and cereals. Salty and light malty palate, smoked wheat, light tart and aged fruity final.

UPDATED: MAY 23, 2019 Muy peculiar. Aroma ahumado miel clavo. Color cobre oscuro translúcido. Como Gose mal; por grados color e incluso sensación salada. Como cerveza de invierno bien. Calienta y el láctico facilita el trago. Ácida pero dulzona. Muy bien; muy compleja.

UPDATED: MAR 19, 2019 Robe ambré-clair et limpide, mousse et carbo faibles. Nez fumé, avec une pointe acide qui point derrière. Attaque acidulée mais légère, pas abusive, suivie du fumé qui dure dans la longueur. Un peu de corps aussi, qui équilibre l'ensemble. Les épices se sentent, soutenues par la pointe salée. C'est assez étrange, mais j'ai goûté de pires goses.

UPDATED: FEB 2, 2019 Bottle from the Beer Hawk mystery box. Pours hazy amber with a thin white head. Aromas of light spice and wheat. Taste has a salty note. Not really getting any sour or smoke note to be honest, but a nice, warming beer.

UPDATED: JAN 20, 2019 Bottle from Hopt. Aroma is ripe fruit and smoked malt with herbal notes, apricot, and coriander. Flavour is mildly tart and salty with a moderate sweetness a little bitterness in the finish. Body is medium. Bit of a daring brew with tart stone fruit, smoked malt, salt and myrtle in the mix, and it works. Most unique beer I've had in a while.
