COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by our local beach - Brewed with sea water harvested from our local Freshwater beach. Traditionally Goses are slightly tart, savoury and spicy ( coriander), and light in body and ABV. At Nomad we tried to get as close as possible to traditional Gose as far as malts, yeast and salt dosage and we obviously gave it our very own Nomad character adding sea water and Tasmanian pepper berries.

PapaSkeetSkeet (1319) - Providence, Rhode Island, USA - OCT 13, 2019
UPDATED: OCT 13, 2019 Draft at Fortnight Wine Bar in Providence, RI. Pours murky yellow-gray and quickly fades to no head. Pretty f***ing ugly, frankly. Aroma is acetic acid and spice - salt, maybe nutmeg? not getting coriander so much. Maybe that's the pepper - kind of weird, like too sweet-sour w/o enough grain. Flavor is tart berry, a dry graininess, not as sweet as the aroma would suggest, spice is subtle but present, maybe nutmeg coriander? Body is oily, medium-light weight, medium-heavy carbonation with a considerable burn, fat bubbles. Wish it smelled better and was prettier :/

YantarCoast (3620) - Moscow, RUSSIA - OCT 11, 2019
UPDATED: OCT 11, 2019 330ml can from Beers of Europe. Pours hazy gold with no head. Aroma is lemon, coriander, pepper. Taste is medium salty, ginger, coriander, slightly tart.

s3quin (711) - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - FEB 26, 2019
UPDATED: FEB 26, 2019 Aroma: Mineral and fruity. Stone fruits, peaches, lychees, lemons, berries, ginger. Pepper quite faint. Appearance: Cloudy yellow, small white head. Taste: Sweet and salty, low bitterness. Palate: Lively carbonation, medium body. Overall: Decent, classic gose. Nothing outstanding, but very pleasant. Could be more balanced between salt and pepper. There is definitely too much salt and not enough pepper.
