COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Reinterpretación de una lager. Densa, turbia y con una explosión de flores, cítricos y especias. Hanami es la mezcla de los kanjis 'hana' (flores) y 'mi' (observar). En general se asocia al período en que florecen los cerezos y en el que los japoneses acuden en masa a parques y jardines a contemplar sus flores (sakura). Por un instante Japón se vuelve rosa. El aspecto turbio rompe con los criterios preestablecidos y da un matiz de color. La flor de cerezo y el yuzu aportan aromas herbales y cítricos de fruta y especias. Las últimas adiciones de lúpulo añaden aromas a lichi y albaricoque. El común denominador es una frescura que evoluciona hacia un amargo elegante y persistente, moderado por las notas especiadas del shichimi. Cerveza con más cuerpo y matices de los que aparenta. UPDATED: JAN 8, 2022 330ml bottle from La Buena Pinta in Madrid. Pours hazy dark orange with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of grapefruit, lemon, flora, spices, herbs & hops. Medium body. Medium bitter finish. Very enjoyable

UPDATED: OCT 28, 2021 IPA colore arancio dall'aroma caratteristico. Equilibrata, resina di pino, agrumata, erbacea, classico sapore tropical del luppolo cascade, con lungo finale secco e decisamente amaro. Perfetta sul pesce e frutti di mare.

UPDATED: OCT 4, 2021 330 ml bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a creamy head. Grassy hoppy notes, resin, grapefruit, lemon, some caramel, pine. Crisp hoppy herbal bitterness, some light malty sweetness. Full bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, hoppy bitter finish. Quite nice and complex IPL, maybe a bit too much.

UPDATED: OCT 1, 2021 Robe blonde , assez opaque , belle mousse blanche qui tient bien dans le verre. Belles bulles fines.
Nez sur le citron , l'abricot , et des notes épicées.
En bouche , amertume franche et résineuse.
Note d abricots très présente , puis citron orange ,et litchi.
Assez aqueuse , final sèche.
Une très bonne Indian pâle lager , qui fait découvrir parfaitement le style.

UPDATED: AUG 17, 2021 Liquide doré transparent avec mousse abondante et légère. Nez mandarine et floral. En bouche, c'est immédiatement sur une énorme amertume herbeuse à souhait ! Il faut aimer et ça tombe bien j'adore !!!

UPDATED: JAN 23, 2021 33cl Flasche. Trüb gelbes Bier, hoher fester Schaum. Blumiger Hopfen, zartes Harz. Im Antrunk Mandarine und Passion Fruit. Dann auch Guave. Sehr schön fruchtig. Dazu satte Bitternoten im Abgang. Echt ne klasse Frucht-Hopfen Bombe.

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2020 Botella. Unclear nice golden colour, medium steady head. Pleasant fruity hoppy grassy flowery aroma. Flavour has a soft and good fruity grassy hoppiness, bit citrus, nicely dry with a medium bitterness. Nice.
