smroush (493) - Michigan, USA - DEC 4, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 4, 2021 Aromas of banana and clove. Light crisp taste, fairly lively carbonation, with a spicy (clove, cinnamon) finish; mild bready taste. Pleasant, refreshing and true to style. Quite good.

UPDATED: SEP 3, 2021 Sour, spicy, strong alcohol flavor. It's pretty good but kind of aggro. I was expecting a little more wheat beer flavor, and it's there, but buried way under the sour and spiciness. Surprised at how noticeable the alcohol scent/flavor is. Wondering if this is somewhat skunked lol (7.6 is more that a typical wheat beer but not *that* much more). Strong carbonation right out of the bottle and no noticeable head. It's interesting but I don't think I would seek it out again. It's not a bad beer but not what I'm looking for.

UPDATED: JAN 25, 2021 Bottle pours golden with little head. Honeycomb, graham cracker, honey and cakey yeast aroma. Crisp, honey golden ale, cakey yeast, crackers. Sweet, dry ale with that sweet bread finish.

UPDATED: JAN 18, 2021 Hard to pinpoint exactly what this beer is. Is it a Pilsner? It had some bready goodness of a Pilsner. Is it a golden ale? Maybe? Whatever it it is, it is a good beer from a great brewery in NorCal. Great label too.

MrBeerFanatic (1306) - Indianapolis, Indiana, USA - JUN 21, 2020
UPDATED: JUN 21, 2020 Light amber thin laced head. Aromas slight metalic, straw, spices of light clove/cinnomin/vanilla, light bubblegum. Flavors straw, medium bubblegum, light clove, bread, vanilla. Medium sweet. Nice example of a stronger belgian. Those yeast esters really shine.

Fisler (2189) - Bamberg, GERMANY - JUN 17, 2020
UPDATED: JUN 17, 2020 Überraschend spritzig, fruchtig. Ich musste direkt an Witbier denken. Sogar eiskalt noch super aromatisch. Hinten leicht bitter, Orangen, Getreide, toll!

3.4
tfontana (3801) - Fremont, New Hampshire, USA - FEB 21, 2020
UPDATED: FEB 22, 2020 Bottle (stamped 2260123) pour from BevMax, Hamden. Appearance is hazy, pale yellow-orange with lots of snowy floaties, light sparkle, thin cap of white fizzy head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is sweet and tart apple, mild fruity esters, yeast. Taste is sweet fruity esters, wheat, mild sour fruit, yeast. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with slick texture, lively carbonation and crisp, dry finish without much flavor. Overall, nice aroma and flavor--good representatives of the style. Lively carbonation kind of detracts from the experience a bit--better to let it sit a bit. Pretty good.
