UPDATED: JAN 8, 2022 660ml bottle thanks to Big Rob (cheers!). Black with a brown head. Wow: this smells like Wild Turkey. It’s all bourbon, but not just any bourbon; that incredibly rough Wild Turkey. The flavour is impressive and it does take me back to less than sober nights in the US. This is rough, aggressive and very tasty.

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2022 Bomber. Beer Central Sheffield. Clear very dark brown. Nicely dense and sticky tan foam. Nose has dark caramel truffle chocolate. Hint of savoury. Light barrel notes. Intense vine fruit character. Taste is fairly sweet and vinous. Some soft fruit bitterness. Smooth and incredibly easy drinking with fine carbonation. Vinous and fruity chocolate bitterness to finish. Oosh.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2022 Bottle from Eltham Wines. Black pour with a tan head. Aromas of chocolate raisin, dark roast coffee, treacle toffee. Rich roasty flavours of Turkish coffee, bourbon, chocolate cake, raisins, liquorice toffee, dates, prunes. Very Christmassy taste. Huge alcohol burn. Slow sipping excellence. Gorgeous.
