Saison yeast dominates the gentle aroma but there's also stone fruit, champagne, candy sugar, a touch of funk. Sweet taste, notes of peach nectar and with strong yeasty flavour. Bitter hoppiness comes in for the short finish. Very heavily carbonated. An understated but very well-crafted strong saison.
