Toasted grain on the nose.
Certainly a decent hop profile for a black IPA. Hoppiness gives out to dark chocolate and a bitter finish.
Decent.
malushky (226) - Suchedniów, POLAND - MAY 13, 2017330 ml can from Wansted Tap. Pours black with beige head, some lacing on a glass. Aroma is hoppy and malty, sweet and bitter, chocolate and burnt. Davros IX (895) - Hertford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 4, 20172016 catch up - Can at home - A nice "session" black IPA. There was a level of hops and bitterness that did not overpower the malt and the smoothness of the underlying stout. Would drink again if I found it for a better price, which was eye wateringly expensive. Maybe I would buy it again if I could find it cheaper somewhere.
