COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A flavour combination lifted straight out of the Southeast Asian dessert book, fresh mango and coconut combine to recreate the sweet, sour, salty, sticky dish of glutinous rice cooked in coconut cream and served with fresh mango.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2021 Tap at Wild Kite, Great Missenden. Poured a hazy orange colour with a bubbly round head. The aroma is big fresh mango. The flavour is light sour, with a tart mango, light creamy coconut, light salty palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A tasty alcoholic fruit juice that appears to have been created in a kitchen rather than a brewery.
