UPDATED: SEP 1, 2021 500ml can. Murky, pink-ish, amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish and tart-ish, fruity and slightly lactic aroma, slightly restricted notes of raspberry (fruit acidic and minimally pulpy aspects, nothing earthy), tangy hints of mild sauerkraut. Taste is tart-ish, lactic and tangy, slightly fruity with rather subtle residual sweetness, fruit acidic hints of raspberry, a touch of grape sugar, mild sauerkraut, citric acid. Acidic-thinned, minimally creamy texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally astringent palate, fine and soft carbonation. Refreshing (rather due to tartness than carbonation) and balanced, pretty decent, not too slim body, slightly restricted fruitiness, - very nice.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, raspberry, raspberry sorbet, wheat - dough, sweet, sour - tart, dry'ish.
