UPDATED: JAN 22, 2021 12 oz can from Total Wine, San Antonio, TX. Pours a clear dark ruby red color with a light tan head and great retention. Good lacing. Roasted malt aroma. Subtle flavor of charred malt held in check by the added vanilla. Semi-creamy mouthfeel. Some sediment. Medium+ body. Both the 6.1% ABV and 40 IBU are pretty well hidden; More evident as it warms. It's good but nothing special.

OHB - normally has several good brews, I love porters and stouts, So I looked forward to tasting, - Had a really bad taste to it, What ever that taste, it doesnt belong in a beer. Drank less than a 1/4 of the beer and throw it out.

Nice vanilla and chocolate aromas and flavors. Smooth and dark. Roasted essence. Pleasant.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown with medium beige head. The aroma is roast and vanilla. Medium body, roast, vanilla, cocoa, light dry finish, very good.

If you’re an electrician, you might like this .. . pours a deep brown black .. burnt vanilla, roast, toast, broom straws .. . mouth is soft and well balanced .. this was nice but reminds me of breckenridge’s vanilla porter, and that’s not a good thing .. . . the last days of disco..
