UPDATED: OCT 2, 2021 Bottle. A- Vanilla, maple, sweet, cocoa, mild rye. A- Black color, black liquid, light brown head. T- Vanilla, maple, chocolate, mild sweetness, mild rye. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- About as good a combo of ingredients as I could ask for. I'm not hipster but I totally respect this beer. I honestly don't get much coffee or any bacon. A fair amount of chocolate and vanilla and generic sweetness. It's really good but when I see those two ingredients and rye whiskey barrel aged, I just don't detect any of that. Perhaps it's just so well done, one can't pick up singled out flavors.
