UPDATED: MAR 2, 2019 Deep golden yellow appearance, slightly hazy, minimal head. Critic fruity strong Styrian hops. Thumbs up.

UPDATED: DEC 1, 2018 Agréablement surpris par cette IPA single hop le styrian Wolf. C’est une bière légèrement trouble et peu mousseuse. La couleur bien dorée très appétissante en tout cas. Le nez n’est pas sur les fruits tropicaux mais légèrement agrume, surtout boisé je trouve. En bouche boom, les arômes se développent, une bonne bière légèrement amère, juste se qu’il faut pour te faire saliver, résineux un corps moyen moi je dit oui. Sa rentre pas non plus dans mes bières préférées mais sérieux, une bonne dégustation pas déçu du tout. Le single hop est très intéressant aussi, on peux vraiment définir un profil aromatique sur le houblon pour bien le distinguer par la suite (pour les brasseurs maison cet bien aussi) Santé.

0,5 l bottle. Pours hazy golden yellow with a finger of medium lasting frothy white head. Aroma is fruity and herbal, tropical fruit, some citrus, elderflower with it's unmistakable rich sweetness, biscuit malt. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter. Body is medium, texture slick and carbonation above average. Finish is medium long, fruity and herbal flavor fade quite quickly and medium spicy bitterness. Decent and pleasantly drinkable beer if not an exquisite one. Pleasant surprise all together, single hop beers can be tricky, Styrian Wolf hop more so...

Bottle. Deep gold. Foggy. Half-an-inch tall white head. Average retention. Aroma: biscuit, honey, floral notes. Medium minus body. Taste: honey malts, biscuit accompanied by balancing British hops. Light plus bitterness. Discreet one. OK.

Bottle Tesco in Tralee. Gold pour, not much head. Nose is blueberries and light malt. Middle is herbal, pencil shavings, fairly light mouthfeel. Finish is lightly bitter.

Couleur orangée, forte mousse. Nez fruits exotique, résineux, caramel blond. Gout fruité et résineux, pin, caramel blond, bien houblonné, avec forte amertume en fin de bouche .Pas trop mal

Bottle 33cl shared by Clisky thanks. A copper beer with medium head. Nose is on blond and toasted caramel, resin. Aroma on orange, candied fruits, hop resin, grass, still some caramel, finish is a bit astringent. Finish on sweet caramel, quite basic.
