UPDATED: DEC 28, 2021 Bottle from the Kumiyama AEON Mall liquor shop. This one pours out a hazy amber/orange color with a quarter inch of off-white foam. Aroma is primarily caramel, with some spic hops. Flavors of light caramel, overripe stone fruit, apples past their prime. Quite bitter in mid palate. Straddling the line between a pale ale and an IPA.

UPDATED: MAY 24, 2021 Bottle of 33cl, in a Tulip glass; from the fridge @home. We are in front of a hazy orange beer, with a nice white head. Aroma and taste are herbal, hoppy. Okay beer

UPDATED: APR 17, 2021 Nez de pils, en bouche c'est pas la folie mais on sent tout de même un peu le côté IPA. Une amertume assez sauvage, sans délicatesse, bref, pas une réussite.

UPDATED: NOV 24, 2020 Bottle. Hazy orange golden, big white head. Herbal, earthy, grainy malt aroma. Sweetish, malty, herbal, floral, cereals, strong bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation.

UPDATED: NOV 12, 2020 Goud geel bier met een witte milde schuimkraag. Het bier is zoetig en granig met daarnaast een citrus hoppig karakter. Niets speciaals maar gewoon een mooie APA.

UPDATED: SEP 13, 2020 Amber colour, short lasting head. Hoppy and fruity taste and aroma. Easy drinking, but tasty. Not bad!

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2020 Bouteille ouverte à 3 mois de sa date : plate, trouble, sans mousse, particules en suspension. Nez : caramel, un peu de fruit (prune) Bouche plutôt plate mais quelques saveurs fruitées plaisantes + résineux. Légère amertume, légère astringence. Je préfère quand les irlandais font des Stout.

UPDATED: JUL 27, 2020 Dark rusted Amber colour, head faded quickly, bit disappointed. (Tulip pint glass from bottle) Malty alcohol smell and taste. Hard finish, surprisingly long, a touch gassy and lacks a fruit note.

UPDATED: JUL 10, 2020 Goût assez banale pour une dry hopped IPA, rien de fou mais qui se boit très bien. J’espérais plus d’amertume.
