There’s nothing like a Swedish summer. Endless days and a communal sense of euphoria. People swim naked under the midnight sun, eat pickled herring together with family and friends and enjoy the fresh berries available for this short window in time. Our collaboration brew with Swedish brewery Wizard attempts to capture all the beautiful moments of the Swedish summer in liquid form. A naturally soured brew packed with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. The result is indulgent, decadent and refreshing. Skål! Please Note: This beer does _not_ contain pickled herring...you'll have to source that yourself.

UPDATED: MAY 11, 2019 Mildly tart, like a sour yogurt. Pink colour, pleasant berry flavours (the beer is reportedly 20% fruit?!) Quite enjoyable and would be a great beer to introduce to people who think they don't like beer.

UPDATED: APR 9, 2019 Can. Pours cloudy pink. Berry nose. Somewhat creamy mouthfeel but still puckering. Strawberry and guava aplenty. Balances sweet and sour very pleasantly.
