It pours burgundy red . The clarity is good. Head retention is poor. It has a high level of sourness in the aroma with a wine like quality for the first impression. It has fruit aromas of orange and black cherries. It is highly sour and tart with a wine quality mixed with orange and black cherries. It does have quite a acidic bite to it. The is a very low level of spiciness as well. It had a medium body and the acidity is quite high through the taste and into the finish. Overall, this is a solid beer especially in the tartness complexity.
Rusty red color. Flanders malt. Red apples. Very light sourness. Oak and red malt.
