UPDATED: JUN 25, 2019 Bottle 33cl. Clear light yellow with a big white head, which disappear quickly. Aroma is apple cider, honey and winegum. The taste gave me the goosebumps, not the good version. Man this is special.... After getting over the first zip, I really tried to appreciate it, but this is definite not my taste. Some honey tones, bitterness and fruity cider. It's not sweet like honey though, not enough fruit for to be a cider and not bitter like a beer. It's mead. Hmmm. Maybe someone likes it. Not me.

Pale yellow color. Quite dry and weak, the mead base is mild, it has a light herbal character, sweet orange juice and peel, grapefruit.
Pleasant.

Sweetest tasting 2.0. Clear pale straw with sparkles and a white head. Sweet honey, bitter and sour grapefruit, sweet apples, weird candy. The clash of sweet and sour leaves the bitter out in the middle. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared at the mead tasting. Clear golden with champagne like bubbles and a big short lived white head. Aroma of grapefruit, grassy and honey behind. Flavour is moderate sweet but overwhelmed by heavy grapefruit bitterness. Medium medium with lively carbonation.

Bottle sampled at The Sweetest tasting II. Clear straw with big fizzy white head, looks like champagne. Grapefruit, strong bitter grapefruit peel, lime, soft hops, light honey, champagne. Medium sweet, light tart and quite bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy soda-like carbonation. Not bad at all, just a bit too bitter.

330ml bottle share at Alex's. Pours a clear blonde with very weak white head. Aroma is honey with floral notes. Taste is very sweet with grapefruit notes. Sweet and bitter at the same time. Highly carbonated. It is not bad, but a bit harsh and unbalanced.

330ml bottle shared..Appearance: A hazy golden straw colour with a thin white head. Aroma; alcohol, honey,grapefruit and spicey hops. Taste: A strong honey sweet start, followed by boozy alcohol then tartness and hoppy grapefruit bitterness crashes finishing. medium body , high carbonation. A flawed odd, but interesting experiment.

Piwo klarowne w kolorze cytrunowym nalewa sie praktycznie bez piany. W aromacie miod i kwiaty, polslodkie z lekko grejpfrutowa goryczka i wysyceniem na srednim poziomie. Niestety nie pasuje mi taka interpretacja tego stylu.

Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, sweet honey, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, sweet honey, grapefruit zest bitter, grapefruit dry, honey, late finish very dry and honey sweet, grapefruit - zest bitter. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20170710]
