Brigadier (4590) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - APR 30, 2020UPDATED: APR 30, 2020 16 ounce can
If you enjoy a mocktail then this regional draft might be of interest. As a flavored gose it lacked the well rounded aspects that would make it stand out - especially when Bells just down the road has much better choices. If you've exhausted other options or just want a new brewery tick try this. Otherwise save some money for a better release.
AROMA / APPEARANCE
A strong lime scent permeates the air like someone poured a mock margarita complete with salted glass. The glowing golden base soaks up the lean ivory head in seconds.
FLAVOR / PALATE
Lime Jello with an infusion of salt skitters over the tongue with a slightly timid nature. The dry finish does offer hints of refreshment before melting into a distant memory. Overall it has few flaws yet still feels as if something is missing. As a result it is hard to recommend as little more than a chance to dip your toes on the waters of One Well.
Patrickctenchi (7259) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - DEC 3, 2019UPDATED: DEC 3, 2019 Can:
Slightly cloudy dark yellow, with floaties...white ring.
Aroma of wheat malt, lime.
Flavour is a LOT of lime.....tart, with a pinch of salt at first...increasingly salty as it warms.
Very enjoyable.

koleminer20 (4594) - Wayne, Michigan, USA - AUG 19, 2016From notes. Had this on tap at the 2016 MGB Summer Beer Fest. The pour is a surprisingly dark golden color with a thicker white head that fizzles down rather quickly. The aroma is very sweet. This is not like any gose I’ve had before. There is a little salt, but a lot of sweet malts in here, and the tartness just doesn’t exist. There might be a little funk, but it’s really disappointing. The flavor is much of the same. There is a hint of salt and tartness, but it’s just rolled over by the sweetness and a light funkiness. It’s a swing and a miss for sure. The mouth feel is a little heavy and somewhat syrupy with a brighter carbonation and a lingeringly sweet malt finish.
