Draft @ Meadhall, Cambridge, Ma. Nitro draft shows a nice cascading head on an amber liquid. Nose is very light wood and malts. Taste is again light oak and caramel. Nop hop element can be found anywhere here…old keg? The ABV is not noticeable and the texture is nice and creamy. Unfortunately it’s mostly wood flavor. Would a regular carbon dioxide tap make this any different? Perhaps not. Just ok.
Draft @ NC Brewery.
Nitro French Oaked G'Knight.
Big oaky flavors blend well with a creamy body. Hops are put in background. Slight medicinal caramel malts. Lingers with light tannins, vanilla flavors.

Malty aroma. Dweet up front. Spicy finish with hoppinezz. Very hippos Ted are. Impressed by them like always.
Sampled at GABF. Dark amber pour with off white, powder sugar looking head. Aroma of strong wood and hops. Flavor was oaky, woody, with some hops and sweet malt. The woodiness is really nice. Bad Ass brew from Oskar Blues.
