UPDATED: DEC 31, 2021 Found out of can from Ingles in Franklin, North Carolina. Pours a slow dark black with dark tan foam. Great looking beer. Boozy aroma with a slightly boozy but tasty flavor. One of the best of the style for me.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2021 Jet black with a tan head. Aroma of nut roast malt. Flavour is sweet molasses malt, chocolate and nut, dry roast sweet finish.

UPDATED: OCT 31, 2021 35,5 cl. can @ home, bought @ Una Más, Nieuwegein. Black with a big beige head. Nutty chocolaty aroma with coffee and hop notes. Sweet taste with a very creamy medium roast bitter finish. Thick bodied and incredibly smooth. Perfect imperial stout.

Piana brązowa, średniowysoka, drobnopęcherzykowa, po chwili opada do małej ostatniej warstwy, pozostawia cętki na szle. Po zamieszaniu szkłem zauważalna lekko oleista faktura. Aromat: Dominuje ciemne pieczywo, czekolada i wiśnie - wiśnie w czekoladzie. Na drugim planie wyraźny maślany diacetyl. Dalej kakao, przypieczona skórka chleba, melasa, ciemny biszkopt na średnim poziomie. Po czasie przewagę uzyskuje ciemne pieczywo wsparte wiśnią. Smak: Podobnie jak w aromacie. Dochodzi średnio ostry alkohol na średnim poziomie. W ustach półsłodkie, treściwość średnia, gładka i lekko śliska, wysycenie niskie, średniowysokie rozgrzewanie alkoholowe. Goryczka niska, gorzkiej czekolady z alkoholem, krótka. Finisz półsłodki z wiśniami, ciemnym pieczywem i czekoladą oraz nutą diacetylu i lekko ostrym alkoholem.

UPDATED: OCT 6, 2021 I legitimately made a profile on this website because I was so disappointed in this Imperial Stout. After seeing such highly regarded reviews, I decided to try it myself and I couldn’t be more let down. It smells almost too hoppy to be a stout and the taste is very underwhelming. Too bad. That’s $20 I’ll never get back.

UPDATED: OCT 2, 2021 Pours a dark brown, fair amount of very fine meringue-like tan/brown foam. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, and coffee. Taste is the same, also with some black licorice and molasses. A tad bitter with an alcohol burn on the finish. This is terrific stuff.

UPDATED: OCT 2, 2021 330ml can from Dunells in Jersey. Pours deep black with a beige foamy head. Aromas & tastes of dark chocolate, coffee, caramel, nuts, liquorice & roasted malt. Medium body. Soft slightly alcoholic roasted finish. Highly enjoyable

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2021 Can. Čierna farba, hustá hnedá farba. Vôňa pražené slady, káva, karamel, čokoláda. Chuť pražené slady, karamel, káva, prezreté ovocie, veľmi presýtené telo, mierne alkohol. Suchosť kakaa a čokolády horkej.

UPDATED: AUG 23, 2021 Can: Aroma is malty, sugary, roasty, chocolate. Black color, hazelnut brown head. Flavor is dense malty and roasty with lots of dark chocolate, hazelnuts, caramel, tar, ash, molasses and alcohol.
