UPDATED: NOV 26, 2020 375mL bottle pours a hazy golden orange with a small thin white head. Aroma of mellow mild horse blanket and white pepper, with sweet peach. Taste of tart sour earthy tannins, white pepper, oak, barnyard funk, with sweet peach juice. Nice balance of sour beer and fruit flavors. Nice!

Pours clear golden. Aroma sour w barrel notes, wood and le get peaches peel. Strong carbonation of small bubbles, taste well balanced, fresh, dry, some peach peel, and ethanol finish.. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: MAR 18, 2019 Gold pour, smaller head. Peach and apricot forward aroma, lightly sour, slight funk. Medium body, understated carbonation. Nice stuff.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2018 Red color. Moderstely sour, some yeast, and fruit character. This is good bit not their best.

Shared 750 ml. bottle poured to snifters showing a hazed, orangey color, with a decent layer of soft white froth that reduced to a persistent ring and light film, and spots & streaks of lacing. The nose was strong yeasty funk that rather dominated the citrus, and peachy pit fruit notes. Light to medium bodied, with fair effervescence, the taste was somewhat similar, with the fruitiness showing more expression, lingering tartness & tanginess, a bit of tannic astringency, a dry finish, and overall, puckering balance. Liked it.

Keg at Whole Foods Wauwatosa. Hazy peach, no head. Aroma of funk, peach pits, hints of lemon tea. Taste is juicy peaches, tart peach, peach pits, funk, leather, vanilla. Medium bodied, lingering tartness. Nice.
