Bue dans chope de 1L. Bière allemande qui se boit facilement. Et le litre fait plaisir aussi =)

On tap. A cloudy golden colour with a medium high, mostly lasting, white head. An aroma of malt, bread and hops. The taste islight sweet and light bitter. A medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation and a medium long, light bitter finish.

On tap 300ml at the brewpub. Golden cloudy pour with lasting white head and medium carbonation. Lovely Munich malt aroma almost bread like. Taste is slightly sweet with light bitterness present in the finish. This is a really nice beer and was my choice from four tasters that were all really good.

On tap @ the Cape Town Waterfront location:: Pours a deep marmalade orange .. . big foamy firm head .. . sweet maple aroma . .. such a clean well made brew! .. . an amazing brew, a great session, and just awesome! .. . nice finish too .. . try the food also, the potato dumplings are gods gift - their eisbein (pig knuckle) could sink a ship though!!
