UPDATED: OCT 2, 2021 Black body with a big, foamy and persistent beige head. Aroma is malty, roasted malts, cacao, tobacco. Taste is the usual spectrum of roasted malts: coffee, cacao. The reisnous notes are very subtle, more black than ipa indeed. Mild dry finish with notes of tobacco. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture.

UPDATED: JAN 2, 2020 Più Black che IPA. Le note fruttate che caratterizzano lo stile India Pale Ale sono molto tenue. Lascia una bella secchezza in bocca. Profumi non molto marcati. Bella schiuma.

UPDATED: JAN 14, 2019 33cl Bottle at Roma Beer Company. Dark brown colour, huge beige head. Maximal gusher. Aroma of chocolate, cocoa, light fruity, hint of tobacco. Flavour is soft, milk chocolate, cocoa, some tobacco, roast, but all ruined by the excessive carbonation, making it uneasy and even unpleasant to drink. Light bodied.

UPDATED: NOV 18, 2018 From backlog. Taster at Haand Festival. Black with beige head. Malts, hops, Citrus, pine and bitterness.

Bottle. Dark brown color, cloudy, creamy foam. Aroma: caramel, sweet, slightly chocolate. Taste: sweetish, caramel, bitterness, light fruit, coffee, chocolate, strange.

Black pur, BIG tan head. Hoppy and resiny nose, some cocoa dust and pine. Flavor is bitter, hoppy, chocolate and resin, grapefruity bitterness in the finsh. Malty acidity in the aftertaste along with cocoa and pine.

Tap in Matera, 7th April 18. Pours black. Aroma is cocoa, hops, citrus. Taste is classic BIPA, cocoa, citrus, grapefruit. Love this one.

Bottle. Pours dark brown or black with a huge beige head. Aroma is fruity, roast, some coffee, sugar cane, light roast bread, mandarin, some tropical fruits. Taste is roast, fruity, silky, carbon, some sourness, dark bread, some caramel, light alcohol, tropical fruits, some dark cookies. Quite flat carbonation. Very well balanced and silky beer!

From tap at Melkebaren at 17.02.18.. Ebony. Fine beige head and lacing. Excellent aroma and tase of roasted barley, dark coffee, vanilla and dried red berries. Very quaffable!
