UPDATED: AUG 23, 2019 Golden color poured with a tall white head and fair lacing. Malty aroma with biscuit, caramel and some hay notes. The taste is mildly sweet.

UPDATED: MAR 25, 2019 Bottle at Vino Volo. Mouthfeel is thin bodied with notes of sweet malt, grains, soft spice and wheat. Pretty light overall - with sweet malt character dominating the palate.

Bottle. Pours light gold-amber with off-white head that dissipates quickly. Bready malt aroma with caramel, honey, and hay notes and a hint of herbs. Cracker malt with some caramel and honey along with herbal hops

UPDATED: JUN 1, 2018 This is a smooth, easy drinking beer that goes well with food. It pours a clear amber with average carbonation and thin foam. The aroma is classically buttery pilsner malt and a little hint of the hops. The flavor is bright and clean and slightly sweet.

From old tasting notes. Lovely orange gold color. Big creamy white head. Fruity, berry like aroma. Delicious sweet toasted flavor upfront.mtangy hop finish. Light bittersweet aftertaste. Very flavorful and well balanced. Quite tasty.

Golden yellow color. Somewhat bitter, but not overwhelmly so. Overall, just slightly above an average tasting beer. Relatively low ABV at 5%.

(Tap) clear, bright light orange Amber colour with a small, white head; light aroma of bread; smooth palate; balanced flavour with a long, very light bitter and tart finish

Dark, clear straw yellow with quick foam. Slightly grassy, and hay in the nose. Medium body with a touch of bitterness. Lots of fizz with a slightly sour finish.

Draft at the source. Clear deep golden color. Subtle aroma. Taste is light lemon and straw. OK.

Pleasant medium gold color. Nose is yeast and light hops. Well balanced taste. Bitter finish. Light to medium body. Biscuit and cereal aromas. Very nice overall.
