UPDATED: DEC 17, 2021 Poured from 473mL can (bb 02/20/22). Clear-ish bright gold with white head. Oddly sweet chamomile taste (barely pick it up on the nose) and cereal malt with a touch of farmhouse yeast. Finishes dry-ish. Not really coming together for me.

UPDATED: JUL 12, 2021 On tap at Tapped, Maplewood. Appearance is clear bright yellow with no sparkle multi-finger white foamy head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong wheat /grains of paradise . Taste follows aroma with Apple Jacks/fruit/cinnamon. Mouthfeel is light side of light to medium bodied with smooth texture soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, nice strong flavors. Interesting apple cinnamon contribution

UPDATED: JUN 25, 2021 10 oz draft pours a golden color with a small white head. Aromas of flowers, yeast, light malt. Light bodied, easy summer drinking.

UPDATED: FEB 6, 2021 Kamille ist ja eigentlich nicht so mein Fall, aber harmoniert hier doch ganz gut. Schmeckt nach herbem Honig, Met, blumig.

UPDATED: JAN 27, 2021 First of all, I'm very suspicious of any of these reviews that chat up the chamomile aroma because, well, how many beer drinkers are also chamomile tea drinkers -- about the only place I've come across the herb previously? That said, this ale has a yeasty, bready aroma with pronounced floral scents. With a light body, it has a slightly tart taste with a lemony finish. From a 16-oz can best by 03/21/21.

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2020 Bottled 9/9/2016…consumed Nov, 2020: Very light golden hue with huge fluffy white head with lots of lace; nose is earthy with some spice; light mouthfeel with soft/effervescent carbonation (as opposed to silky); taste is subtle with a bit of flower, lemon, & Belgian spice notes; chamomile tea like taste comes out in a dry finish with a bit of spice lingering.

UPDATED: OCT 29, 2020 16 ounce can. Straw gold pour. Big bubbly white head. Yeasty, wheat malt aroma. Dryish biscuit malt flavor has a hint of chamomile and white pepper. Slightly tangy with floral, grassy notes. Brief dry finish.

Keg at BrewDog Shepherds Bush in 2017. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of straw, yeasty esters, soft fruit and general barnyard. Soft palate. Straw, banana, dusty grain and coriander seeds in the flavour.
