(Growler) On draught at the brewery. Pours a medium beige head atop a reddish brown body. Nose of biscuit, fig and licorice. Solid bready malts, sweet caramel and some bruised fruit in the background. Very good. Hides the alcohol very well. Not a style I'd like to drink a lot of due to the sweetness and German malts but I do have a growler of this... luckily my in-laws don't know better and like the aura of a German-style beer.
