UPDATED: DEC 20, 2020 Tastes like an IPA with grapefruit juice. Slight bitterness, but nothing too crazy. Very strong grapefruit flavor, and smell. Sweet taste, goes down easy. Overall a delicious beer !

355 ml can bought at CitySuper in Harbour City, Tsima Sha Tsui.

Looks: Clear amber orangeOne finger head with soapy white foam which lasts for 1 minute; Excellent sticky lacing with active carbonation.

Aroma: Very fragrant Ale malt, with very strong and refreshing grapefruit juice, strong orange juice, floral, sugar, spices, biscuits, lemon and grass.

Taste: Close to medium sweet Ale malt, with strong grapefruit juice, oranges, floral, fructose, spices, biscuits, strong lemon, mid to strong bitter hops and grass.

Body: Mid to light body. Slick and juicy palate.

Mouth Feel: Good Ale maltyness in a slightly watery but slick background. Very real grapefruit juicy (not NEIPA-style) and fresh oranges characters dominate. Flowery with medium sweetness. Spicy biscuity with strong lemon to round. Addictively nice!

Hoppiness: Aroma: Strong grapefruits, strong orange, floral, spices, lemon and grass in nosed and taste; Bitterness is strong for a lasting, close to high level bitter-sweet Ale malty finish.

After Taste: Dry. Very grapefruit juicy and strong bitter to mouth.

Comments: This one is rediculously grapefruit and citrus juicy, but it ain't NEIPA as it isn't hazy, has nosignature lacto sweetness nor piney hoppiness of the latter, just good old zesty grapefruit infusion. Instantly likeable and quaffable in the Summer, will buy again!

UPDATED: MAR 26, 2019 Okay clear light gold body with what appears to be a pinkish hue. Little head. Sweet sugary grapefruit on the nose. Flavour is big sugary fake grapefruit, some hops, soft grains. Very sugar bomb-ish thing, I'm not a fan of candy beers.

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2019 I remain quite unconvinced on any IPA that sits in the fruit or milkshake genre and this beer won't be changing my mind. Honestly it is barely beer in terms of flavour. Rather like some type of gin and tonic with a bitter lemon edge (well grapefruit I guess). Nice drink but not beer as we know it.

UPDATED: OCT 6, 2018 355 ml can. Appearance is a hazy orange gold, topped with a finger of white froth which recedes gradually. Aroma is sweet grapefruit and pith, and later some pine and dank wood. Taste is similar, very fresh and sweet grapefruit and citrus, followed by piney and dank bitterness, which lingers for a while. Medium bodied, crisp, zesty, refreshing.

This has the most fresh, vibrant, clean and authentic grapefruit smell of any beer. So fresh and so clean. Taste is crisp, nicely bittered, grapefruit. I liked this one quite a bit. one of my favorites along with the citra pale ale.

Tap at Mash, Bangkok. Poured a slightly hazy copper colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is tropical fruit citrus. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a fresh crisp, malt, light toffee, sweet citrus fruit, light tart grapefruit, light dry woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Big and fruity. Quite refreshing!

6.2%ABV. IPA. Tapped out gold. 8ºSRM. Nose is sweet and citrusy and reminiscent of Sprite. Very aromatic with lemon preserves, Meyer lemon and lemon hard candy. Mouthfeel is soda-like, and juicy. Good carbonation. Palate has biscuit, crackers, white bread. Hop flavors are grapefruit peel, lemon zest, Finish is brief, clean and slightly grassy bitter with a hint of kaffir lime lea aroma.

UPDATED: FEB 25, 2018 Aroma is great. Citrus grapefruit. Taste leaves a little more to be desired, but is good. Citrus, bitter, pine. Good.

355ml can. Pours a hazy orange-gold with tiny particles in suspension and a medium, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Sweet aroma of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, orange pith and pale malt. Sweet flavour of biscuit malt, grapefruit pith, orange peel and caramel with a dry, bitter hop finish. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Simple. A total grapefruit bomb, but ok.
