UPDATED: DEC 28, 2021 Pilsner urquell Aroma , popcorn, light biscuit, slightly metallic Flavour , fairly bitter , lemon aftertaste, slightly sour. Dry finish. Mouthfeel - medium to high bodied, warming. Crisp and clean. Overall - I didn’t enjoy it much it felt metallic. I may have been unlucky and it may have deteriorated on transportation as this is a well regarded beer. (Drinking 3 months before Best before date so May be old) Can December 2021, 7-11 Taidong countryside, southeast Taiwan.

UPDATED: NOV 23, 2021 Bottle at trailer park fall pecan harvest tasting. Brilliant golden pour with white sheen. Nice grassy herbal earthy, bready aromas. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Dusty cracker malt base brew with herbal earthy tangy hop flavors—crisp drying fleeting finish __tasty everyday Pilsner

UPDATED: NOV 19, 2021 Bottle. 18k golden pour with a medium white head that has fair retention. Aroma id mild with grains, breads and a bit of sawdust. The taste, like the aroma, features, breads and grains with a nice blast of spicy noble hops. Bitterness is moderate and works well with the grains. The palate is light and the carbonation prickly. Overall: Just fantastic. I bought a six pack with great reservation as I have not had this beer in about ten years. I was delighted to discover that it is still as good as ever. In my eyes, the perfect pils.

UPDATED: OCT 9, 2021 Pilsner Urquell pours a clear, deep golden color and sports an average white head. The hops in the nose are noble, earthy, herbal, floral, and down to earth and harmonize well with the bready malts. The same bready malts carry over to the attack and unfold muted sweetness as well as faint creaminess, which are quickly balanced out by snappy bitterness from the hops on the mid-palate before the bone-dry finish. Very nice and clean in its simplicity.

UPDATED: AUG 28, 2021 Clear dark golden pour. Aroma of malt, coriander, citrus and grass hints. Taste is a bready malt with a nice crisp sweetness and hints of spices and hoppiness. Refreshing and drinkable.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2021 330ml bottle from store, had this one many times before drinking it on 5/08/2021 BB 25.03.22 Pours a beautiful rich slightly dark clear golden, with good white head and moderate lacing. Malt, grains, slightly citrusy, grassy noble hops, moderate intensity but good aroma. Taste is malty, grainy with good bread, bit sweet, crisp with nice bitter, floral, earthy and citrusy hoppy finish. Lots of flavour and great taste also quite peculiar, if classic czech pils. Light medium body, smooth, soft carbonation. Nice bittersweet dry finish, really tasty and drinkable for 4.4% abv and very fair price. Nothing that I don't enjoy, quite the opposite. Among my favorites!
