UPDATED: JUN 19, 2020 Bottle. Pours nearly clear ruby with airy pinkish head. Clear aroma of grapes, with touches of yeast and touches of butter. Dry, vinous flavour with notes of yeast and. Rough, estsry aftertaste with grape notes. Decent but not top notch.

UPDATED: JUN 19, 2020 Bottle, 7.4%. Mild sweet berry aroma. Clear deep red colour. Small pinkish head. The flavour is papery, less sweet than expected from the aroma. Has a mild fruitiness accompanied but a mild tartness. A surprising beer, and takes a little getting used to, but not bad at all.

UPDATED: JUN 4, 2020 Zapach raczej kiepski nieswiezy jakby skarpetkowy z domieszka grejpfruta. Wyglad ok z piana nieduza ale calkiem ladnie lepiaca szklo. Smak grejpfruta goryczkowy z posmakiem niezbut przyjemnym troche metalicznym.

UPDATED: MAY 25, 2020 W nosie głównie przyjemna chlebowość słodów i coś jakby jogurt malinowy. W ustach kwaskowe, rzeczywiście takie piwo-wino, wyraziste posmaki jeżyn, porzeczek, nawet niedojrzałego agrestu. Moszcz winny też tam czuć, jeżeli piliście to poznacie :) Naprawdę udany eksperyment.

UPDATED: MAY 2, 2020 12.11.2020r. Piana różowa szybko znika. Rubinowe klarowne. Aromat zgodny z treścią etykiety poziomki wiśnie jeżyny plus nutką jogurtu. Smak półwytrawny lekko kwaśny, owocowy fajna hybryda podobna do włoskich czerwonych 'gazowanych' win.

UPDATED: APR 25, 2020 Bottle via Pivny raj. Moderate body, med-high carbonation. Deep ruby colour, almost clear. The grape taste more or less defines the whole character of the beer. Only completely background salt, I cant say about corriander. Med-light sourness though, playing well with a bit of winey tartness. Refreshing feeling overall, easy drinking. Quite good.

UPDATED: APR 25, 2020 Musujące delikatne czerwone winko. Wytrawne, przyjemne, orzeźwiające. Jedynie aromat coś idzie w kierunku miodowym. Utlenienie?

UPDATED: APR 24, 2020 (botle) Aroma: red wine smell, wild strawberry. Taste: semi-sweet, bit sour, flavour of red grapes, fermented strawberry juice, wild strawberry, bit vinegarish. Palate: medium body, medium to high carbonation. Overall: Ok-ish.

UPDATED: APR 10, 2020 Bottle. Sour fruity aroma and taste, red wine notes, light to medium sour. Medium body, sour finish with red wine notes. Ok.

UPDATED: APR 3, 2020 Ruby color with low pinkish head that disappeared almost immediately. Aroma: forest berries - strawberry, raspberry, light red wine. Taste: fruity, red wine, sour and something odd reminding me of an oxidized hops. Light bodied, moderate to high carbonation, low bitterness. Not exactly to my likings.
