UPDATED: JAN 7, 2022 Taste at Beasts & Brews. Clear, golden color, with a small, frothy, khaki head. The nose is rye, orange zest, pineapple, black pepper, cane sugar, and straw. Not very sweet, with a big, sharp bitterness. Bracing, but kinda strange.

UPDATED: NOV 21, 2020 Pint can. Grapefruit citrus hop aroma with notes of orange, floral and pine resiny hop flavors. Pours clear amber colored with one finger of tan head that has excellent retention and some lacing. Starts with dank grapefruit and orange flavors. Finishes dry with floral and pine resiny hop flavors that linger on the palate with a good amount of bitterness. Decent.

Draft. Mostly clear burnt orange in color with an average white head that leaves nice lacing. Aroma is tropical and citrus fruit. Typical musty mosaic hop aroma and a nice caramel sweetness. Taste is juicy as fuck with tropical and citrus fruit present. It gives way to a refined caramel sweetness. Juicy mouthfeel and very quenching. Great beer from a local brewery.

Draught at the Peak to Peak Tap Room, Aurora, CO. Cloudy golden color with a small to mid-size white head. Sweet fruity hops, moderate bitterness, some citrus and sweetish malt in the aroma. Not bad. The flavor is sweetish tropical fruits, mild bitterness, some mild notes of tartness and caramel malt. Very drinkable and fruity. I like. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at the brewery. Pours hazy gold with a fizzy white head. Tastes like strong grapefruit hops, resin, pine, caramel malt, tropical fruits, and booze. Medium body and low carbonation. Smells like grapefruit hops, pine, resin, and caramel malt.

On tap at the brewery. Pour is clear golden-orange with a big white head and sticky lacing. Citrusy, grapefruity, big orange peel, biscuit, some mango, grass, and dank aroma. Taste is orange marmalade, weed, super dank, grapefruits, bread and grass with a big bitter finish. Medium body with high carbonation. Solid offering.

Pint at the brewery. It’s a wonderful thing when the simplest of beers turns out to be so enjoyable. They’ve picked an interesting and tasty hop to be the highlight of this IPA. It provides notes of melon, flowers, papaya and has a sturdy bitterness. Malts are clean and just a little bready. This one dried out pretty well. I really liked this one.
