zvsn (6723) - ISRAEL - DEC 25, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 25, 2021 Bottle at a tasting. Brown black, beige head. Chocolate, roasted, alcohol aromas. Sweetish, dark chocolate, roasted, boozy, bitter, caramel, a bit harsh. Medium full bodied, oily.

hawthorne00 (6630) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - DEC 7, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 7, 2021 Bottle. Black with a fat dense tan coat that retreats to the rim. 3+ Powerful roasted and toasted (and smoked?) aroma with berries, grappa (I would have guessed), Indian spiced sweets. A nice balance of coiled and open. Silky. Full bodied. Rich but not hugely sweet. Boozy but not hot. Roast and chocolate and singed flavours, berries, tea, Cognac. Firmish bitterness. Harmonious, elegant.
