UPDATED: JAN 3, 2021 W aromacie nuty suszonych owoców, trochę chleba. Wyczuwalna nuta żyta. Całość mocno pachnie beczką. Wychodzi lekka nuta waniliowa, jest też lekki kokos. Ale tez pachnie szlachetnym alkoholem. Ale nadal na pierwszym planie nuty barley wine. Nisko wysycone. W smaku wyraźne, intensywne nuty suszonych owoców. Figi, daktyle, trochę śliwek. Pachnie bardzo przyjemnie. Alkohol lekko grzeje w przełyku. Całość lekko wytrawna. Fajna owocowa nuta żyta, która przyjemnie współgra z beczką. Całość dobrze dobrana i zbalansowana. Nic nie przeszkadza. Bardzo dobre piwo.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2020 On tap at Shelton Festival. Pours a dark brown with large creamy tan head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong dark fruit, candi sugar, rye, wood, vanilla. Slick body, caramel, dark fruit, boozy finish,very nice.

UPDATED: FEB 26, 2020 Sweet aroma of bourbon, a slight pleasant alcohol, caramel, dried fruit. Dark brown beer with a slight light brown foam around the edges of the glass. On the palate, dried fruits, sweetness, bourbon. Pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste. The body is medium, carbonation is small.

UPDATED: FEB 26, 2020 Bottle. Clear deep amber body with a small beige head. Nice aroma of dark malt, dry fruit and caramel. Taste is sweet and bitter with dark malt, caramel, dry fruit and warming alcohol. Full bodied and long lasting aftertaste. Very nice, even for such high strength alcohol.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2020 KØLF 291119. Black color with a tan head. Aroma is ry, whiskey, caramel. Flavor is rye, whiskey, caramel, wood, dried fruit, grain, vanilla, bread. Very nice beer.

UPDATED: JAN 17, 2020 Pours hazy brownish dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of butterscotch, bread and caramel. Some alcoholic flavor too. Sweet taste that ends up being slightly more dry and a little bitter. Medium bodied, syrup texture and soft carbonated. An excellent Barley. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

UPDATED: DEC 3, 2019 Bottle. Cloudy brown, minimal beige head. Caramel, fruit cake, booze. Not my favorite style, but this is pretty good.
