UPDATED: JAN 6, 2022 Bottle. Pour was black with a thin off white head. Aroma of roasted malt, wood, nut, coffee, brown sugar. Taste was sweet, dark roasted malt, chocolate, nutty, alcohol, licorice, coffee, brown sugar.

UPDATED: DEC 11, 2021 Zwart bier zonder schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet met iets van koffie, bittere chocolade en mokka. Mondgevoel is ietwat waterig.

UPDATED: DEC 9, 2021 Bottle. Black beer with a brown head. Chocolate and light toasted malt aroma. Chocolate and light spice flavor. Medium-thin bodied. Chocolate and light spice linger.

UPDATED: DEC 11, 2021 Black with a minimal light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, dried fruit and licorice sense. Sweet with a warm roasted malt, licorice and some chocolate at the end. Full bodied, ok. bb 01.2023, Alko Rovaniemi, FI 11.2021

UPDATED: NOV 15, 2021 Had some expectations because this brewer has pulled off some weird/good brews, but this was a slight miss for me. Thin for the abv and while it had some nice roasted nose and some char on the palate, it was still off, obviously, in however they get it gluten free (or gluten reduced...it says both on the same label about an inch apart).

UPDATED: OCT 29, 2021 Czarne, nieprzejrzyste, bez piany. w aromacie skórka chleba, karmel, słonecznik. W smaku jest kawa, karmel, słodowość, nieco chleba. W posmaku lekka goryczka z palonych słodów. Alkohol dobrze ułożony, niewyczuwalny. Ciało średnie, niskie nasycenie. Całkiem udany.

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2021 Keg at The Plasterers, Norwich, Norfolk. A very dark brown coloured pour with a medium beige head that doesn't last. Roasty, malty, chocolate, caramel, dark fruit aroma and taste. Pleasant imperial stout which ought to have been a little more complex for its strength. Nice enough though.

UPDATED: OCT 14, 2021 Aroma of coffee, chocolate, dried fruits, leather and a hint of liquorice and soy sauce. Black with a tan head. Medium to heavy sweet and medium bitter. Medium to full body with average carbonaion Overall a nice Imperial Stout, but not a fantastic one.

UPDATED: SEP 4, 2021 Pitch black with minimal medium tan head. Aroma of malts, licorice, dark chocolate. Taste has little roasted malts, licorice, dark chocolate, honey and little smoke. Finishes light bitter. Medium body, average carbonation. Very nice IS

UPDATED: AUG 27, 2021 Black beer, decent tan head. Hefty malty aroma with a little chocolate. Flavour has chocolate, toasty malt, a little lactose maybe, a bit of liquorice, brown sugar. Rich smooth and tasty with a nice toasty finish. Very solid.
