Polymodern (327) - Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 8, 2021UPDATED: OCT 8, 2021 Can from Indie Beer, Holloway Road. Pour is golden yellow haze with massive fine-bubbled white head. Aroma is Opal fruits, lychee, coriander. Taste follows suit - lots of tropical fruit candy, predominantly guava, lychee and mango. This is in parallel with some herbaceous complexity - chive, coriander, green onion, which add bitter notes mid to finish. A little chalky in the far end, but not too problematic. This is an intensely tasty pale, feels more like an IPA than a pale. Thai fruit salad vibes, so good.
