COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We’ll admit it, we’ve been hitting it pretty hard with the ABVs lately. Now that the weather is perking up just a little bit, we find there’s nothing better (at least until the pubs open in Wales anyway) than spending an afternoon in the park with some – socially distanced of course – mates, and a cooler full of tinnies for good times and laughs. Lost Again is a beer specifically designed just for this sole purpose – hazy but not opaque, juicy but not overwhelming, full of mouthfeel but not soupy. Featuring a reeled back, chilled out, Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic hop bill, this beer ticks all the typical Polly’s boxes; with tropical notes a-plenty, but with a pleasant spiky bitterness to keep everything in check. A sign that summer is just around the corner, and normality with it.

Polymodern (327) - Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 7, 2021
UPDATED: MAY 7, 2021 Can from Clapton Craft, Clapton. Another hazy number, in yellow, medium frothy head. Aroma is (as mentioned by previous reviewer) tropical yogurt, orange Starburst, spot on! Taste is subtle tangerine, lime, Mosiac liquorice, leading to a creamy white bread dough, finishing with some orangy, sweaty hop tingle. Really nice, firmly a New England style pale so very low bitterness, the mouthfeel is the star here - just very smooth and slick. Hard to believe it's a pale, so good.

planky84 (6605) - Lee, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 6, 2021
UPDATED: MAY 6, 2021 Can from Eltham Wines. Hazy gold pour with a white head. Nose is peach yoghurt, tropical fruit, orange Starburst. Taste is dried herbs, grapefruit, lime, bags of bitter hops. Long bitter linger.
