DraftDodger (5615) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 9, 2022
UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 Copenhagen 9/1 2022. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Light blue can with a simple drawing in red of a talking middle-aged gentleman. Pours opaque, milky, pale yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam unable of completely covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing. Aroma is moderately intense with a light fruity odor mingling with stronger citric notes. Sweet peach and apricot. Citrus and lime. Light carbonation. Medium thick, watery, soft, smooth, gently tingling texture. Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong yet gentle bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry. Well-balanced and perfectly pleasant Pale Ale.

snowcrash000 (1790) - Cologne, GERMANY - AUG 24, 2020
UPDATED: AUG 24, 2020 Pours a hazy, dark orange coloration with a medium, fluffy, lasting head. Smells of biscuity malt and tropical/citrus hops, with the tropical aromas of mango and passion fruit standing out particularly, with some lighter grapefruit. Taste is a great balance of biscuity malt and slightly bitter and resinous hops, with strong tropical and lighter citrus notes of mango, passion fruit and grapefruit, as well as just a hint of pine and herbal accents. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some tropical and herbal notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a light/medium body and medium carbonation. Although this may feel just a tad light-bodied, it's still a very enjoyable single-hopped Pale Ale that impressively shows off Mosaic's flavor variety with some herbal, resinous, tropical and citrus notes, as well as a good bitterness in the finish. The nose is particularly nice here, with an intoxicating aroma of fresh and juicy tropical aromas.
