Aroma of honey, sweet caramel malts, floral, grassy hops, fruity, citrusy hops and toasted malts ……. Taste is of sweet caramel malts, honey, floral hops, apples/pears and flowers ….. malty sweet and some candi sugar to it …. Decent brew and a nice belgian ale

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2021 0.25 l bottle from 'Hubo's Drankboetiek', bottled in May 2021. Almost clear, golden with a massive, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, slightly grassy, moderately yeasty aroma of hay, pear, some clove and a touch of honey. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, rather fruity-floral, gently grassy taste of fresh grass, lemon peel, pear, a touch of clove and light grains, followed by a short, moderately bitter, gently grassy, moderately yeasty finish. Medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Nicely aromatic, hoppy Belgian Blond, unfortunately too effervescent. Glad to finally have tried it, a must try from the #mj500.

UPDATED: MAY 16, 2021 Bière bue en pression au mont noir pour profiter du déconfinement avancé de la Belgique. Robe blonde basique, peu de mousse, nez légèrement floral, bonne carbonatation en bouche, une bonne longueur en bouche mais un goût particulier qui ne donne pas vraiment envie d'en reprendre une.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2021 Cerveza tipo Ale pale pero muy cerca del estilo abadía. Cuerpo, aroma y sabores potentes y muy equilibrados con el matiz amargo al final. Muy buena.

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2020 Flasche 33cl. Leicht trüb, massiver Schaum. Obergärige Fruchtigkeit, belgische Karamellmalze und 4 Poperinge-Hopfen - sehr schön. So also schmeckt ein Leffe ohne Zucker und Billighopfen!
