Po zamieszaniu szkłem zauważalna oleista faktura. Aromat: Złożony, zbalansowany, przyjemny z wkomponowanymi dodatkami. Na wysokim poziomie czekolada deserowa i mleczna, kakao, melasa, wanilia, kawa aromatyzowana wanilią, prażony kokos, ciemne ciasto z posypką kokosową, praliny kokosowe i kawowo-czekoladowy biszkopt. Na drugim planie ciemne pieczywo, kakaowe herbatniki i skórka chleba. W tle na niskim poziomie konfitura z wiśni, kandyzowana wiśnia. Smak: Na średniowysokim poziomie ciemne pieczywo, czekolada deserowa i gorzka, kakao, melasa i kawa uzupełnione średnią wiśnią, konfiturą wiśniową i półszlachetnym alkoholem. Całość wsparta średnią praliną, kakaowo-czekoladowym biszkoptem, tostami i kakaowymi herbatnikami. W tle trochę prażonego kokosa i nuty wanilii, które choć słabo wyczuwalne, to wygładzające całość. W ustach słodkie, treściwość średnia i gładka, wysycenie niskie, zauważalne średnie rozgrzewanie alkoholowe. Goryczka średnioniska, gorzkiej czekolady z alkoholem, średnio-krótka. Finisz słodki, czekolady deserowej, kakao i kandyzowanej wiśni oraz średnioniskiego alkoholu.

UPDATED: AUG 29, 2021 355ml bottle. Jet black colour with small, frothy to creamy, fading, tan head. Sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, dark caramel, hints of chocolate cookies, a touch of vanilla, whiffs of coconut, treacle, liquorice. Taste is roasty, chocolately, dark malty, notes of dark chocolate, Belgian chocolate, chocolate cookies, some coconut, toasted coconut, a touch of vanilla; minimally warming, alcoholic finish. Creamy to viscous texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine and soft carbonation. Homogeneous, quite roasty - very nice.

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2021 A black beer, a head is quite small and brown. Aroma has liquorice, also some salt liquorice, coconut, vanilla, caramel, hint of strenght of alcohol. Taste has salt liquorice, liquorice, caramel, some vanilla, creasyness of coconut. Full bodied. Great beer.

UPDATED: FEB 6, 2021 Dark brown, briefly holding a brown head. Chocolate aroma at start. Full body and intense flavor, lean texture, almost no carbonation but winner of burning alcohol level (13%), average length. Very sweet but delicious, some bitterness, enough crispness. Roast flavors, chocolate, toasted coconut and vanilla as asserted, a lot of alcohol, coffee. Delicious but not the best. Allowed if you are not a diabetic.

UPDATED: JAN 23, 2021 Aus der Flasche im 2021-01 getrunken. Dieses Stout kommt mit einen festen Körper und sehr gut eingebundenen Alkohol daher. Und kann so die wunderbaren Aromen von dunkle 60%ige Schokolade und leichten Kaffee hervorragend mit einer deutlichen Süße transportieren. Klasse Stout!

UPDATED: NOV 28, 2020 0.355l bottle. Black body with a lasting brown head. Aroma and taste of lots of milk chocolate, some coffee and cocoa, caramel, coconut, nutmeg and vanilla. It's super smooth to its strength. Thick and creamy with a low carbonation. Very nice dessert beer.

UPDATED: NOV 13, 2020 Black pour with a one finger, creamy mocha head that has great retention and has great . Aroma of roast, creme brule, dark chocolate. Flavor is chocolate, licorice, dark caramel, creme brule, a hint of coconut, dark fruit and a little molasses snap cookie. Heavy body, creamy to syrupy feel, medium, slightly sharp carbonation. Really tasty, doesn't really have a strong coconut presence, which is a little disappointing.

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2020 Nez: Café, chocolat, noix de coco Bouche: Café, chocolat noir, fruits noirs, noix de coco, vanille Un 'IS brewed with coconut and vanilla' de couleur et texture se rapprochant du pétrole avec une légère mousse brunâtre et une faible carbonatation. Au nez, c'est dominé par des notes de café et de chocolat avec en fin d'olfaction des notes de noix de coco. En bouche, l'attaque, liquoreuse, est sur des notes de café et de chocolat noir. Ces notes sont accompagnées par des notes de fruits noirs avant une longueur sur des notes de noix de coco et de vanille. L'alcool pique légèrement le bout de la langue. Avis: Un bon gros IS très bien équilibré mais aussi traître du fait de ne pas sentir les 13%.
