UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 Bottle. A- Cocoa, sweet. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Marshmallow, mild iron, sweet cocoa, faint coconut. P- Full body, thick texture, average carbonation, sweet finish. O- The marshmallow in here is probably more natural tasting than any marshmallow I've had in a beer. Also adds a certain creaminess. A bit cloying, especially as you continue to drink. Prairie stouts seem to be getting more messy and cloying, just not what I used to think they put out quality wise.

UPDATED: MAY 30, 2021 Black with a large dark brown head that lingers. Intense chocolate, marshmallow, vanilla, coconut, cinnamon, and sugar. Perfect alcohol presence. Incredibly long finish. Thick and smooth body.

Aroma of marshmallows, syrup, chocolate, brown sugar, nuts and vanilla. Full body with a soft carbonation, a medium-heavy sweetness and a light roasty bitterness. Flavor of lots of sweet malt, molasses, burnt sugar, sweet chocolate, caramel, candied nuts, some vanilla and hints of dark fruits. Finishes with a residual malty sweetness, chocolate, sweet coffee, light roasted notes and a light warming feeling. Overall very sweet and borderline to cloying with a lack of complexity.
