COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
West Coast Pale It's a little bit country, it's a little bit rock & roll. Still hazy and low bitterness, but dry and crisp. a subtle hoppy character, with a good citrus and pine interplay with the Amarillo and Simcoe. An easy drinker, dry enough to keep you coming back for just one more can. Label artwork by Sean Starwars.

tiong (13617) - Espoo, FINLAND - JUL 4, 2020
UPDATED: JUL 4, 2020 440ml can. Smooth, slightly stingy hoppy and citrusy fruity with some grapefruit, pine and grass. Okay, but quite juicy and tropical fruity, not very bitter or crisp.

LazyPyro (6007) - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - MAY 26, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 26, 2020 440ml can. Hazy golden, white head, looking very much like your typical NEIPA. Aroma of pine, resin, citrus fruits, unripe tropical fruits. Taste is the same, piney and resinous, citrusy, grapefruit, orange peel, unripe tropical fruits, moderate bitterness. Medium body. Decent pale ale, more of a hybrid of coasts than west coast.

Beerwithwings (3008) - Alton, Hampshire, ENGLAND - MAY 26, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 26, 2020 Can at home. This was very juicy and low in bitterness which shouldn't be described as a west coast ipa.

UPDATED: MAY 12, 2020 09May2020 Unripe tropical fruit, mango peel, green papaya, wet straw. Hazy gold, medium, creamy, white head. Light bitter. More unripe tropical fruit, mango peel, green papaya, wet straw, floral notes, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Very nice. Can from HonestBrew.

mR_fr0g (23876) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 6, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 6, 2020 Can at home from Honest brew. A translucent yellow gold coloured pour with a sticky fluffy white head. Aroma is nice soft bready grains, mellow tropical, orange, melon, white grape, guava. Flavour is composed of soft milky wheat, bready grains, melon, white grape, mellow tropicals, , light chalk and spicy citrus. Palate is soft, moderate spicy carbonation. Not sure what makes this west coast.

Leighton (30699) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 19, 2020
UPDATED: APR 19, 2020 Can at home in Hackney - sourced from the Experiment. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a frothy, pure white head. Light to medium sweet with notes of semi-ripe citrus, a little chalk, melon, peach, tangerine, low bitterness, some rinds. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Further citrusy notes in the finish, orange rind bitterness, light flinty dry notes, background dry pale bread. Not bad overall.

Polymodern (327) - Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 18, 2020
UPDATED: APR 18, 2020 Can picked up from The Experiment, packaged two days ago! Yellow haze with thin head. Aroma is passion fruit, mango & lemon. Mouthfeel is slick leading to a dry saison-like crisp finish. Taste is a very clean malt profile with a some fruit character from the hops (melon, mango, grapefruit), but obviously subtle due to the style. Bit of creaminess in their too, wheat? Piney bitterness is slight and doesn't linger. Faultless. Another sublime pale from Pressure Drop... keep on, keeping on!
