COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aged for 6-1/2 months in an Old Elk Straight Wheated Bourbon barrel, this small-batch variant accentuates the malt characteristics of Pump Trolley while rounding out the flavor with a heavy dose of oak and vanilla.
UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 Tap to 750 ml. crowler. Clear, orange-copper brew with a creamy half inch head. Aroma has vanilla, mixed citrus fruit and a touch of bread. Tastes of the same plus some booze. Aftertaste of wood, bread and cardboard. Medium-plus body has medium-plus fizz. Dry finish for the style. Summary: decent wheat wine meets ok bourbon barrel for an unexceptional, but decent-ok cold weather sipper.
