COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
New Zealand IPA. This beer was brewed and dry hopped with Wai-iti and Nelson Sauvin, which contribute wine grape, sweet orange, tangerine, and grapefruit notes. Fermenting with Omega's Cosmic Punch yeast provided even more tropical aromas typically experienced in southern hemisphere hops and New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs. The fruit profile is balanced by Riverbend Malt House's Southern Select and Hull + Oats, which provide background flavors of biscuits and honey.
UPDATED: JAN 8, 2022 Tap to 750 ml. crowler. Opaque, orange-bronze brew with an inch high, cottony head. Nose has papaya, peach, mango, coconut and a hint of resinous herb. Flavors of the same stuff. A touch of citrus pith in the aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel is soft with low-medium carbonation. Easy drinking balance with low bitterness.
