Biottle. Sold as a lager. I find it much too hoppy for the style. I had the IPA version later, which was much less hoppy. Too bitter.

Bottle. Pours hazy brown with a white head. Aroma of grain, malts, light rubber, Kinda sweet. Taste is sweet, sugar, grain, ruvber.

Pours amber muddy Brown with a fluffy beige head. Caramel, Dark fruit and bread. Vaguely phenolic. Thin body. Weak!

Bottle. Aroma of malt, ripe fruit and a bit of coffee. Unclear Brown colour with beige head. Moderate carbonation. Rather bitter without any dominant hops. Malt and raisins in flavour.

The aroma is full of ripe fruits, caramel, barley and small notes of coffee. The color is dark caramel. The taste is full of caramel, ripe fruits, barley and malt. Not an impressing beer.

Copenhagen 14/8 2015. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen. Raasteds take on a hunting beer with the mandatory stag in silhouet on the label. Pours slightly hazy dark brown with off-white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Aroma is sweet and a bit candylike with strong notes of caramel and toffee but also coffeelike bitterness. Medium carbonation. Taste is surprisingly bitter and a little bit acidic. A little caramel sweetness for balance. Nice brown ale - and you should be able to hit the stag as it only holds 4,6 %.

Bottle at home. High lasting creamy off-white head. Hazy orange brown body. Fruity sweet roasted malt caramel aroma. Roasted fruity malt caramel flavor with a dry hops bitterness. Low carbonation and a long sweet and somewhat flat finish.

500ml bottle kindly shared by djoeye. Deep red-brown body. Fair fawn-coloured head. Malty aroma, grain and nuts. Flavour of grainy chocolate, nuts, forest and a touch of leafy hops to the ending. Medium bodied. Just alright (Tromsø 20.03.2015).
