UPDATED: OCT 28, 2021 Orange pour, small white head. Interesting aroma of carrot, banana, flowers. Taste follows, wheaty and potpourried. Interesting but maybe a little over the top.

UPDATED: OCT 1, 2021 On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is floral, yeast, carrot. Slick body, carrot juice, yeast, floral, light dry finish, very good.

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2020 Aroma is bright grapefruit, floral, and orange. Hi-C orange in color with lots of carbonation. Taste is carrot, orange, elderflower, belgian sugar, very unique and works.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2020 Draft @ the brewery. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy yeasty elderflower aroma. Fruity spicy carrot and elderflower flavor. Has a fruity spicy carrot and elderflower finish.

UPDATED: APR 7, 2020 Draft sampled at Ratio during GABF 2019 with Paul and Larry. Pours a deep orange body with thick white lace. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with notes of earthy hop, fruit, carrot juice, v8 and soft veg.

UPDATED: SEP 20, 2019 Hazy deep golden with no head. Nose is interesting and has a little carrot and kitchen cleaner. Crisp cool flavor that’s pale and carrot-y with a light kiss of citrusy kitchen cleaner and a light saison like estery finish. Weird but cool.

UPDATED: SEP 20, 2019 Fresh crowler. Bright orangish gold, slightly muddled. Low carb. Taste is very citrusy, with nice herbaceous note, and slight earthy finish. Taste of orange juice, carrot juice, light wheat and bread. Actually really enjoyed this.

On tap at Hops & Pie. Hazy orange colored appearance with a fluffy, lingering white head. Aroma of flowers, farmhouse yeast, light herbal spice and lightly toasted malt. Similar flavor, adding mild to moderate sweetness and a touch of bitterness. Light to medium body with soft carbonation, a creamy feel and a smooth finish.

Full pour at the brewery. It certainly looks like an ample dosage of carrots was employed as this beer is bright orange. Good peppery and floral aroma backed up by, well, carrots. Nice phenols come through and the body is dry and sparkling. The flowers and carrots play off each other nicely with the spicy saison character providing an ideal canvass. A touch of the earthiness from the root rounds out things with a pleasantly vegetal sweetness. They went super heavy with the carrots and it's enjoyable.
