COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our newest year-round canned beer is brewed with lots of 2 row and red wheat with a little specialty malt for a beautiful golden hue. A blend of Centennial, Citra, Chinook, Cascade and Crystal hops give the beer its flavor and aroma. This Chicago Pale Ale is meant to be a supremely drinkable brew for those who love hops. Magnificent California hop aromas play in perfect harmony with this brew’s extremely satisfying finish.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2021 Enjoyed multiple times, most recently at home on Christmas night while watching a movie. It’s more readily available, notably in 19.2 oz cans you can get for $3 which is a great deal. Sessionable and good.

UPDATED: DEC 7, 2020 355ml can. Pours a slightly hazy orange-gold with a medium, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces. Sweet aroma of bready wheat malt, peach, grapefruit, orange and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, tangerine, orange peel, grapefruit, peach, pine resin and floral hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Tasty and enjoyable.

3.8
DrnkMcDermott (3730) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - JUL 19, 2020
UPDATED: JUL 19, 2020 Can. Filled 4-30-2020. Pours a bright gold color under a thick sudsy head. Nice grassy hop smell a foot from the glass. Taste has the big pine and resin of an exemplar APA. But there's a good match with some slightly sticky malts. A little heavy on bitterness to be a summertime beer, but it's darn good later at night or in coller weather, if that ever comes.
