Served in a pint glass, the appearance was a hazy golden color. A one finger white head dissipates at a nice pace with some messy lacing. The aroma had some sweet to bitter, but not combined qualities of oranges, tangerines and a refined sweet wheat base. The flavor yields to the sweet side but has a fruity estery quaintness rolling over some bitter citrus rind. No aftertaste but finishes semi-sweet with a touch of bitterness. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fair sessionability about it with a moderate semi-yeasty/Belgian gripping texture on my tongue. Overall, decent witbier, but Americanized with that "sesionable" refreshing to slugging back on a hot day feel to it.

12 oz bottle served in a tall wit glass. Beer is a hazy golden color. Nice solid one finger white head that subsides moderately. Some lacing persists. Nose of oranges, tangerines and fine wheat. Taste is medium sweet with very little bitterness. Light notes of citrus and other fruity esters. A pleasent soft texture with a smooth finish. Over all a flavorful refreshing beer.

Pours a nice orange color with a nice white head. A tangy wheat nose with a splendid opening finishing with a nice floral and herb aftertaste. Very good version of the classic weiss bier. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz. Bottle poured into pint glass from sampler 12 pack. Hits notable Belgian notes but still on light side. Drinkable.

Hazy gold rim white head; aroma is mild; Flava is sweet malt wheaty; feels light to medium semi fizzy; finishes mildly dry grainy

Bottle. Hazy gold with 1 finger white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat and coriander. Taste follows and adds toast and hay. Medium slightly creamy mouthfeel with lightly spritzy carb. Good.

12oz bottle from Crossroads. Pours a hazy straw color with a small foamy white head. Aroma of wheat, old lemon, hay, and spices. Taste is much the same. Lemons, wheat, hay, spice (coriander and white pepper), some grassy bitterness, and yeast. Good stuff!

12oz bottle from Xroads. Poured a nice looking bright orange body with an average sized creamy bright white head. Aroma of spice, corriander, lemon peel, tea, dry toast, grains. Bigger full body with loads of carbonation that seems a bit too much. Flavor isn’t quite as good as the aroma, notes of lemon, corriander, banana, yeast and very dry grains.
