This hazy pale ale gives off aromas of pineapple & stone fruit, features tangerine & peach flavors and finishes slightly sweet and very smooth. The morning after a long night, we like to hit the beach for some R&R. Newport Daze Hazy Pale Ale is the perfect day sipper for such an occasion. Featuring mouth- watering tangerine and peach notes from the hops and finishing slightly sweet, it’s an easy, mellow brew to get you through.

StuffWine (258) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - DEC 5, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 5, 2021 Poured a hazy yellow-amber with big white head that reduces to a good size that stays forever. Aroma is fruity juices, floral, and some pine which the can says is absent. Taste is the same initially, but fades into a complex dusty juiciness. Medium body, nice soft and dense carbonation giving a smooth mouthfeel, medium body length. Overall, an easy to drink pale that would be approachable by non-drinkers.

hauxe (3004) - Butzbach, GERMANY - NOV 5, 2021
UPDATED: NOV 5, 2021 Hazy, pale gold with a frothy, white head. Floral aroma with some citrus. Aloe Vera underneath. Candy. Caramel. Nice. Taste is bittersweet to bitter, the bitterness picking up at the end and finishing with a lingering orange peel bitterness. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Not bad.

bhensonb (20185) - Woodland, California, USA - AUG 15, 2021
UPDATED: AUG 15, 2021 Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy gold with a moderate creamy/foamy white head. Aroma of peach with a hint of tangerine. Med body at least. Flavor is peach, tangerine, floral, and a pineapple hint. More than a hint. A little juicy, not all that dry, moderately bitter. Pleasing flavor.

UPDATED: JUL 26, 2021 Can picked up at Meny and drunk at home (23/07/2021) - pours a hazy golden colour with a white head. Prominent notes of tangerine and grapefruit, touch of peach, sweet malts, hoppy bitter finish. Ok.

ALLOVATE (3645) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JUL 26, 2021
UPDATED: JUL 26, 2021 Into an IPA glass, chilled. Hazy, sandy yellow gold body crowned off by a steady, compact inch of tidy white foam. Not your particular stereo-type of NEIPA. Perfumed musk shines through atop a wealth of fruit on the nose. Apple and supple pear level out the typical citrus and fruit punch 'morning juice' aspects. Rose water and a lick of vanilla aide it. Quite nice for a New England (not exactly a fan!). On the palate it is fresh, supple, fruity and slightly mousy with a white, soft rind cheesy note lingering amongst pear and apple, honeydew and grapefruit and a good lot of souring lactic acid. Yoghurt anyone!? Low to no bitterness. Rounded but thin and yet creamy in overall feel. Chalky. Perfume has all but disappeared. Pretty average. Not my cup of tea!!! (56,8cL can, BB 23/03/22, 1st Choice Liquor, Ellenbrook)

DraftDodger (5615) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 21, 2021
UPDATED: JUN 21, 2021 Copenhagen 21/6 2021. 35,5 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Drawing of a guy in a beach chair in a daze. A sandcastle in the background. Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as 2 cm thick layer of foam overing the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing. Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit with a touch of fermented booziness. Light notes of citrus fruit. sweet peach, mango and papaya. A bit of strawberry milkshake peeking in, Light scent of lime and citrus. Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth yet lively and tingling texture. Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry. Soft, sweetish and pleasant.

Idiosynkrasie (13823) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JUN 18, 2021
UPDATED: JUN 18, 2021 355ml can. Hazy, orangey, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly ephemeral, citrusy and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of pineapple, orange, tangerine, some white peach, mango, a touch of guava, the citrusy flavours turn out to be more stable than the rest, sugary, pale and crystal malty background. Taste is tropical fruity, slightly diluted notes of pineapple, white peach, mango, citrusy hints of lemon and tangerine, a minimally papery and chalky touch. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly, foamy carbonation. Rather ephemeral hop flavours, a tad too watery - suboptimal.
