UPDATED: AUG 10, 2021 330ml bottle. Poured hazy light amber colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light toffee caramel, resin, light tropical fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, toffee caramel, fruity, resin, light pepper spice, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2020 Pours a clear, yellowish golden with a full white head. The aroma is a combination of mango, grapefruit, caramel, and pine. Moving to the taste, it offers good bitterness coupled with a sweet touch. Flavors are mango, grapefruit, pineapple, cereal, grass, pine, and resin. These are well balanced, and finding a dominant impression would be difficult. Not so difficult to decipher is the aftertaste, which is cereal and mango. Its medium in body and has a thick yet smooth texture. A classic IPA, this one is enjoyable.

Medium gold, clear. Full body, modestly flavored, refreshing mouthfeel, short length. Medium bitterness, malty but not sweet, crisp. Flavor not very interesting except for a caramel background. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: DEC 4, 2018 Robe orange et trouble. Mousse faible. Arômes caramel, agrumes, biscuit, thé, herbal, résineux. Goût malté en première bouche, caramel, biscuit, réglisse. Puis agrumes et résineux qui restent en bouche. Texture légèrement liquoreuse. Carbonatation très fine, moyennement abondante. Très bon, inspirée du style classique.

Robe orange trouble, mousse éphémère dont subsiste quelques plaques en surface. Le nez est assez malté, mais le houblon est présent (mandarine). En bouche, l'attaque est partagée entre une franche amertume et des arômes fleuris, avec du corps qui se sent, même si l'amertume prend le pas au bout de quelques secondes. Amertume puissante, mais un certain équilibre, qui s'estompe peu à peu alors que le houblon est étonnamment long en bouche. Très sympa, bien que l'amertume tende à être un peu trop forte pour moi. Arômes très intéressants.
